A minimum lead
time of three months is required for most venues. Ideal lead time is four to 18 months.
Facility Requirements
The best facility will have a professional raised stage with
full curtains and a full professional lighting and sound system including use of at least one clip-on wireless
microphone for Titanya. Minimum stage size is 12' x 20' and this still will require use of additional performance
area below the stage and for musicians. Minimum seating capacity of 300
is usually required and suggested.
Event Staffing Requirements
Trained, experienced and qualified staff will need to
be provided for the following functions; lighting, sound, door(s) to hand out programs, on site ticket sales, audio-visual
if the facility has a professional screen to use for stage background photos.
